Chelsea Ellis is the Special Assistant to the President of Seafood Nutrition Partnership, assisting with operations, executive support, and other projects as needed.
A native Texan living in Austin, Chelsea is a seafood enthusiast excited to help promote the health and environmental benefits of eating fish and shellfish. Chelsea has over 15 years of professional experience across nonprofits and technology companies, and before SNP she managed cloud-based software implementations and system migrations for Ascension Healthcare. Chelsea applies her expertise in cloud IT, business analysis, and project management to her role at the Seafood Nutrition Partnership.
Chelsea draws culinary inspiration from travels to coastal destinations in the Yucatán and along the Gulf shores. In her free time, you can find her cooking, visiting art museums, and hiking through the rugged landscapes of Big Bend National Park.
