1.5-2 lbs salmon | |
1/2 c maple syrup | |
1/3 c honey whole grain mustard | |
1/3 tsp. salt | |
garnish: parsley, lemon, tangerine |

1. | Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. |
2. | Place salmon on a large baking sheet. Mix together salt, syrup and mustard. Coat presentation side of salmon with the mixture. |
3. | Bake oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked to your liking. |
4. | Garnish salmon with parsley, and lemon and tangerine rounds. Service with roasted vegetables. |
