Ingredients

VIETNAMESE DIPPING SAUCE
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
1-2 cloves garlic minced
3/4 tsp. chili garlic sauce
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
ORANGE-CHILI DIPPING SAUCE
1 cup sweet orange marmalade
2-3 Tbsp. thinly sliced scallions
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. Sriracha
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
ZESTY SEAFOOD SAUCE
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup grainy mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

VIETNAMESE DIPPING SAUCE

  1. Combine the lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, red garlic sauce, sugar, and water in a small bowl. Mix well and pour into a jar for safekeeping.

ORANGE-CHILI DIPPING SAUCE

  1. Stir together orange marmalade, scallions, soy sauce, and lime juice.

  2. Stir in sriracha and season to taste with salt.

  3. Serve and enjoy with your favorite seafood. Can store covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

ZESTY SEAFOOD SAUCE

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, whisking to combine.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, then serve with your favorite seafood.
