1- 1.5 lb Imitation Crabmeat (you could also use crabmeat, if you wish) | |
4 oz. can Tiny shrimp, optional | |
2-3 Green onions, finely chopped | |
2 Celery stalks, diced | |
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (you can swap half with greek yogurt) | |
1/4 cup Sour cream | |
Salt & Pepper to taste, start with 1/4 tsp. each | |
1/4 tsp. Dried dill |
Try this fresh and delicious seafood salad that your whole family will love.
1. | Remove imitation crab from the package and separate flakes. |
2. | Chop and shred the crab in a large bowl. |
3. | Add all other ingredients and mix well. |
4. | Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight for the flavors to meld together. |
5. | Serve with crackers and veggie sticks for a snack or deli rolls for a seafood salad sandwich. |
