Tuna Pizza Olè • Seafood Nutrition Partnership

Ingredients

1 (6.4 oz.) Pouch - Chunk Light Tuna in Water
1 large prepared pizza shell
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. taco seasoning (low sodium is okay
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 450°F.
2.Place pizza shell on ungreased cookie sheet.
3.Stir together sauce and taco seasoning; spread over the shell, 1⁄4 inch from the edge.
4.Flake tuna and divide over the sauce; sprinkle with onion and olives over the tuna; top with cheese.
5.Bake in preheated oven 8 – 10 minutes until shell is crisp and cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
