Mom and co-founder of Teaspoon of Spice, Deanna Segrave-Daly, shares tips on how she got her picky eater to eat shrimp:
“Despite eating everything as a toddler, my almost 12-year-old daughter has gotten selective over the years with her food preferences despite having a dietitian for a mother and often cooking with me in the kitchen. That said, I’ve had luck getting her back on the shrimp lover’s wagon by adding it to her favorite foods like cheese quesadillas and a topping on homemade pizza (which she makes herself.) Next step, is getting her to love salmon in the same way!” This is just one of the ways she gets her picky eater to eat more seafood.
