Mom of three and woman behind Nutrition For Baby, Jessica Coll, shares a fun story about seafood in her family:
“My children (6, 4 and 1) are in love with my salmon sliders. The recipe combines canned salmon with fresh dill, eggs, lime zest, garlic and onion. Served with sauerkraut, the combo is absolutely delicious. That’s our go-to family meal that we usually eat with sweet potato fries. The dietitian in me may have mentioned to them that fish makes us smart so we usually have complicated “smart” conversations at the table on those nights. It’s hilarious.”
